As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in managing and building client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through proactive communication and follow-up
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
- Present mortgage loan options to clients and guide them through the application process
- Collaborate with loan officers and underwriters to ensure timely and accurate completion of loan files
- Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of marketing events and campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the mortgage industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organization skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with mortgage loan products and processes
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.17 - $20.67 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
