Technical Recruiter [United States]


 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in full lifecycle recruiting to include sourcing, screening, position alignment, selling, offer generation, closing, etc.
  • A passion and interest in recruiting across commercial and FedCiv contracts, with a focus on cleared technical talent within the DoD
  • A desire to be a part of a team and help drive others success
  • Excellent communication skills – Focus on transparency, updates, issues, etc.
  • Ability to adapt to situations with a positive and open mind as they occur
  • Attention to detail – Pertaining to administrative functions such as ATS inputs, tracking, etc.
  • Ability to give and take direct feedback
  • Previous experience in the DoD/FedCiv would be a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Source for cleared/uncleared candidates within the FedCiv and DoD.
  • Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings within an assigned territory.
  • Maintains contact and relationships with pipelined candidates.
  • Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
  • Communicates and collaborates with program managers to understand position requirements and provide candidate updates.
  • Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements).
  • Brings/develops/recommends new innovations, improvements, tools, approaches,
  • Manage the full life cycle of candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Maintain memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year
