Dedicated Soft Collection Specialist
This position is full time working on California time, 8-5 Monday thru Friday remote. We work on Quickbooks Enterprise collecting billing in arrears from our corporate customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
- 2+ years’ experience in collections
- Communications: ability to effectively communicate, proven excellence in written communication. Ability to effectively collaborate with others to reach mutually agreeable outcomes.
- Connect with customers to arrange payments or resolve issues preventing payments and escalating important issues to the appropriate parties.
- Provide weekly and monthly management reporting of AR aging and collection trends
- Support the wider finance department and ensure department goals (days sales outstanding, bad debt expense/write-offs, and delinquency percentages) are met
- QuickBooks experience a must.
Education:
- High School/Some College a plus
