Remote Data Entry Clerk (Part-Time, Temporary Assignment) [United States]


 

*This is a remote position. You must be located on the East Coast. Please do not apply unless you are on Eastern Standard Time. This is a part-time, six-month temporary assignment.*


The Opportunity:

The Data Entry Clerk would interact directly with the Planning Manager. This position assists the Planning team with entering Purchase and Transfer orders into the ERP system, organizing Excel spreadsheets and other miscellaneous administrative duties. This would be a Part-Time, temporary assignment as we are looking for an individual who is able to dedicate less than 30 hours per week to this role.

Your Impact:

  • Entering purchase orders and transfers into ERP system and emailing to the appropriate factories

  • Following required processes and procedures to select bins for transfers

  • Clean-up of existing data in Excel

  • Supporting the Planning Team with administrative duties

  • Assisting with any ad hoc projects

  • Reading/Analyzing Excel files and organizing Excel spreadsheets


What you bring:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • 1-2 years of data entry experience

  • Ability to work independently

  • Possess exceptional typing skills

  • Are detail-oriented and organized

  • Have experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel

  • Experience with ERP system a plus
