Remote Assistant & Answer Phone Calls


 

Duties:
- Professional assistant to owners, financial advisor and real estate broker.

- Answer main office incoming phone calls from 9-3 MST Monday-Thursday, familiarity with phone systems to handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Process, file and manage electronic documents, client data entry, update and maintain records.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Teams, Slack and Outlook Calendar to schedule appointments and meetings for owners.
- Deliver excellent service to incoming callers by addressing inquiries promptly.
- Assist in keeping memberships, licenses and affiliations current and organized.
- Perform general clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail with a great attitude and friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in using electronic document management, accurate and efficient data entry skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage client information, online files and appointment calendars.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective customer service interactions.
- Experience with cloud phone systems preferred but not required.
