Position Overview

We prioritize the needs of our customers and recognize that our success depends on their satisfaction. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Renewals division, to successfully manage a portfolio of customers and foster long-term business relationships.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Execute the overall growth and retention strategies for the customers in your portfolio
  • Lead initiatives to drive client awareness and engagement
  • Develop strong relationships with executive & technical users to drive customer engagement & satisfaction
  • Creatively negotiate and execute renewal contracts (in partnership with legal, finance) that align to customer goals
  • Discover and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal to maximize customer growth
  • Establish a regular cadence of Quarterly Business Reviews with the customer to track progress towards their stated business objectives
  • Manage retention quota targets
  • Monitor and manage key performance metrics - e.g. customer health score, renewal rate, upsell lead identification, renewal likelihood, adoption, etc.

About You:

  • 4+ years of successful experience as a Customer Success Manager within the SaaS industry
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
  • Possess strong customer relationship skills
  • Self disciplined, detail oriented & well organized
  • Resourceful problem solver who effectively manage competing priorities and raises issues to the accurate channels
  • Experience in information security, email phishing, threat vectors etc… preferred

  • DMARC experience
  • Experience in the security industry
